A mandoline has sat quietly on my wish list for a long time now. And while Erin and I were out and about yesterday, I scoped this simple V-shaped mandoline at World Market for TEN dollars. That’s right. Ten dollars – that’s it!
After a store run, I decided to try out my new toy on a no-recipe potato chip trial. The chips were crazy good… so good that I will incorporate them in to our next dinner party. Maybe I’ll dress them up with some blue cheese next time.
