I haven’t posted in a WHILE. What of it!? It was a fun weekend. Erin had her friend Hillary over to shoot some house pics. So the house was nice and clean! After they did their thing, I did a couple-a pics.

Denver Photo Trip
Erin and I shot Eben and Rachel’s wedding this past weekend in Denver. I’m excited how this photo turned out. Stay tuned… more later. Lots of re-touching to do (Rachel busted a blood vessel in her eye… so it’s going to be lots of tweaking).
Fried Green Tomatoes
This is the excerpt for the post for Friend G Toms.
Tomatoes – First Harvest of 2011

I saw a recipe on cooks.com, then adapted/hacked my own. And guess what?! These are great too – a little bit more bready like hush puppies. Go… Continue reading Squash Puppies
Fence Update – April 10, 2011
Lots of things going on at the house this weekend. The fence is officially 60% complete, and we are super excited to see it all come together. I took off early on Friday and installed 2 3’X3′ steel raised beds. The tomato plants look like they are struggling. I may need to tweak the soil… Continue reading Fence Update – April 10, 2011
No-Knead Bread
A co-worker (Craig) introduced me My Bread by Jim Lahey. I baked two loaves of bread last night: one plain, one plain with rosemary tweaking. I started the two loaves on Wednesday night at midnight. Then I did the second rise Thursday after I got home from work. Then baked later that night. And wow,… Continue reading No-Knead Bread
