Here’s a shot of our remodeled Cliff May… just before dark. I am slowly learning HDR photography. This shot is a little bit blown out (see the hot spots on the lights?) but it still gives a more dynamic feel to the photo – compared to a one-exposure shot.

I took my camera on last weekend’s trip to North Carolina. I shot some photos at the wedding we attended – you know – something to do! Half-way through the evening, I decided to shoot some video. So this projects combines photo and video together.

I’m running a bit behind on blogging. Sorry! My semester is coming to and end and things are crazy busy. Anyways, here’s some photos I have shot lately (some for PegNews.com).
I ran in to some audio problems while using my Canon 7D and Rode Videomic. I’m not sure if the mic connection jiggled loose, or if the camera “forgot” that the mic was attached while switching back and forth from photo to video mode. Erin and I co-hosted a birthday party on Saturday night. Since we didn’t have any experience with a mobile + tech event, I was worried about how it would come together. However, I was surprised to see how many people participated. And it was fun!
